Trainer Cancellation Policies
Each trainer on Gaindup sets their own cancellation and refund policy. The trainer's specific policy is displayed on their booking page and in your booking confirmation email before you complete a purchase. Common policies include:
- Full refund: Cancel before the trainer's specified deadline (e.g., 24 hours before the session) for a full refund
- Partial refund: Cancel after the deadline for a partial refund as specified by the trainer
- No refund: Some trainers offer no refund after booking — this is clearly stated before payment
How to Cancel
You can cancel a booking at any time using the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your trainer's policy.
Trainer Cancellations
If a trainer cancels your session, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, regardless of the trainer's stated cancellation policy.
Gaindup Platform Subscription (Trainers)
Gaindup subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Disputes
If you have a dispute about a refund, contact support@gaindup.com. We will work with you and the trainer to resolve it within 14 business days.
